Domestic Orders

WE DONOT ACCEPT RETURNS and Have Strictly NO REFUND POLICY ( Once the order is placed ). ONLY EXCHANGE OF SIZE IS AVAILABLE.
Timeframe for Exchanges

You may exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.

Exchange Process

  • Ship the product to our business address (details will be provided upon request).
  • Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  • After a successful quality check, we will process your exchange.
